If you are storing your container at one of the storage centres and would like access to your belongings simply call 24hours in advance. Your container will be ready for you when you arrive. If you are renting multiple containers it is a great idea to keep a list of container numbers along with a list of items that are in each one. When you need items right away you will know which container to ask for. Multiple containers can be delivered on the same day or one at a time. If space is limited and then simply swipe your full container with an empty one that is ready to load.Thomas
The movers were so helpful when we had to organize a last-minute move. Their team were fast to quote, understanding when we booked last minute and the communication was great throughout. We went through the contents of the house. They gave me two dates for the move based on what I wanted and told me they would let me know the Friday before to confirm. Then, they called the Wednesday before to make sure they get a more accurate inventory after I was done packing. The one complaint I had was that I didn't get the call on Friday to confirm the move on Monday. They're closed over the weekend so there was no way to find out if they were coming Monday or not which is a little more nerve-wracking than I would have preferred. I had to be ready Monday morning, even though I didn't know if they were coming, which is frustrating. Other than that, everything else was great. The movers did well handling my things.Richard
Ok so far but too early to evaluate until after the move. Shane was very professional in preparing the contract, Hopefully, things will be just as good after the completion of the move. I hope the end result will be cause of consumer's recommendation.
