From the initial call to get a quote to moving day, The front desk support was super responsive (email + phone) and incredibly helpful in scheduling and providing moving insurance liability documents required by my move out/in buildings. On move in day they arrived 10 minutes early (with notice). They were careful with my pets and helped me make sure they were put away securely before leaving any doors or gates open. They even helped me lift my heavy tortoise and put him back to bask in the sun when they were done, that just melted my heart!Peter
We had a complicated job, moving all of our furniture from one office into two offices. They worked efficiently, communicated regularly and updated. Even when I was not on site for the move, I still knew what was going on and what the next plan would be. Though a lengthy 4-day move, to be fair we had a big space to clear out and the fellows handled everything with tact and care. This was truly a collaborative effort. Organization was going to be key since I needed each team member to get their belongings, especially when it came to monitors, computers, cables, etc. and they did amazing. The team was very courteous and patient in moving all of the furniture and appliances from a 3 bedroom house, as well as helping to transport a garage full of a lot of loose articles that needed to be packaged. The garage was somewhat disorganized and they were very patient in explaining how everything could be handled. They brought a set of packing boxes with capacity to hold all of the items, and sealed them with wrapping material. This was very reassuring, as they made sure everything in the garage was safely packed, sealed, and ready to move. Even before the move the communication team was great, from the walkthrough and estimates, to communication, and their patience when we had to reschedule 5 times. On moving day The moving crew were friendly and considerate and not complaining when they had to move our 300 pound treadmill up from the basement then down to the basement. They wrapped each piece of furniture and handled it like it was their own. We moved into a new house without a driveway or sidewalk so the only way in was all mud, they covered our floors with plastic and when they left there wasn't a footprint anywhere.
